From the very first phone call, the team at Clean Plate Club was incredibly quick, easy to work with, and communicative. The quality of their work was simply delicious - they went above and beyond to make our wedding day special, creating a custom strawberry rhubarb lemonade for the groom and preparing to-go plates so we could enjoy the food later. The team checked in on us throughout the night and really went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. We are so grateful for their straightforward and professional service, which allowed us to fully relax and savor our wedding celebration. Highly recommended!

Since every Clean Plate Club event is built from the ground up, there are many important variables to be considered including size, location, type of service (plated, buffet, family style, etc), season, budget and time of day. Once we have some basic information we can give you a complete picture of what your event will look like along with an estimate of the costs.

The food portion of each menu will be priced on a per person basis. All other charges (rentals, staff, liquor, valet, etc.) will be estimated separately and itemized on invoices to clearly show how all charges are broken down. Sales tax will be added to the final bill as applicable by state law. We accept cash, check and most major credit cards.

To secure our services for your event, we ask for an initial deposit ($1,500). Thirty days before the event, we ask for a 50% payment of your event’s estimated balance. We also ask that you provide your final head count (1) week prior to the event date, and your final payment five days before the event.

No matter which caterer you select, the more notice you can provide, the better. Schedules fill up fast and planning an event takes time to do properly. Generally, most larger event menus and details are finalized 2 months in advance.

Final head counts are due 1 week prior to your event. This allows us to ensure we have enough time to source ingredients specific to your event. After you’ve given us a final count we can generally add people to your list, but decreasing the size of your party is not possible as your final count serves as a guarantee.
