I love to make every occasion a special day by creating a unique menu for every client. With over 14 years of culinary experience across the globe, I have the skills and passion to make sure your event is executed at the highest level, and I pride myself on being flexible and easy to work with. I make everything in house, creating beautifully rustic dishes across all cuisines, and I can accomodate any dietary restrictions necessary while maintaining the quality you deserve and expect!
I pride myself on listening to my clients to create a special menu unique to each couple. I offer a bright, fresh and seasonal take on New Orleans' cuisine, incorporating my passion for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food to create a fusion that is wholly original and supremely delicious.

Just book it
We looked far and wide for a good caterer. We live in New Orleans so we know that all food here is good, there's another tier you can reach when it comes to truly excellent food. We found Adam at a popup at Margaret Place and luckily he did weddings, so we set up a tasting. He tailored the menu according to our history as a couple, the vibe we wanted to go for and our favorite foods. I've truly never had so many people text me after saying how good our food was. Even the local NOLA people that attended the wedding loved the food. We did family style which was so much fun. His plating was beautiful and everyone loved passing the food around like a great dinner party. Somehow even the chicken thighs we got came out with perfectly baked crispy skin for every single person. My favorite was the pulled pork, and I really don't even like pulled pork. He was extremely relaxed and easy to work with, in the best way possible. Just book him or at least a tasting.
Obviously hire Adam
Adam is incredibly easy to work with, brings zero stress to planning or execution, and made food for our rehearsal dinner that guests thought was the highlight of our wedding weekend and we agreed. Would 100% work with him again, this is the kind of business you'll want to both support and depend on, and he will absolutely deliver. Hire him!

Let's start by saying that the food was fantastic. From the kalimotxo pulled pork to the heirloom grits to the chargrilled oysters, every aspect of the meal was delicious, distinctive, and memorable. But hiring a caterer is about a lot more than just the flavor of the food. My wife and I planned our own wedding, and we wanted a caterer who was reliable, efficient, communicative, and down to earth. Adam fit the bill in every possible way. He was responsive to our emails, communicated with clarity, provided robust and varied menu options, hosted a straightforward but cozy (and delicious) tasting for us and some friends, and took care of everything on his end once the big day rolled around, without any unexpected issues. He never tried to upsell us or push a particular package - which, if you've done any wedding planning, you know happens constantly. There was none of the phony salesmanship I came to associate with wedding planning. He's a chef and a caterer. He did exactly what we needed, and he did it extremely well. His approach suited our DIY wedding perfectly, and everyone at the wedding enjoyed the meal (and I happily feasted on leftovers for days afterward). I cannot recommend his catering services highly enough. He makes excellent food and has an earnest, direct way of dealing with his clients.
