fundamental served as the caterer for our wedding and it was the best decision we could've made! There was one main compliment we wanted for our wedding, that the food was good, and fundamental delivered. The food was excellent!! We also used their bartending services and our guests raved about how friendly the bartenders were. We had several guests who did not drink and loved the mocktails that were created :) From the first moment interacting with Cindy - fundamental was very straight forward and upfront about their offering and pricing. We did a tasting at their event location and had a fantastic time. They were flexible with payment options and timeline, which is something we really appreciated. Communicating was easy and they were very responsive. We cannot thank fundamental enough for being apart of our special day.

Food was incredibly important to us, and we wanted our catering search to be stress-free, so we contacted Fundamental from our venue’s (SmogShoppe) recommended vendor list. From the moment we connected with Fundamental, Cindy made us feel confident we could have a fantastic meal within our budget. The tasting experience was particularly special—personal, delicious, and our favorite part of our planning process. We kept it simple with three passed appetizers for cocktail hour and a family-style dinner, but the food was anything but simple! Guests raved to us all night that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had—and we couldn’t agree more! Choosing a favorite dish is nearly impossible, but the fried chicken sliders, ahi tuna tacos, garlic basil sea bass, and wild mushroom pasta were definite standouts. For dessert, we initially planned to have pies from a local shop to add a personal touch, but with limited fridge space, we opted for Fundamental’s dessert bar. We’re so glad we did—everything was handled seamlessly, and the desserts were a huge hit. They also managed the bartending, including high-quality margaritas and Old Fashioneds that perfectly complemented the evening. All the food and drinks were exceptional, far beyond traditional wedding fare. I highly recommend Fundamental for all your catering needs!

Fundamental was amazing! Throughout the entire planning process, the team was in constant communication with us. My husband & I had so many questions and requests leading up to the wedding, and the fundamental team would respond that day, happy to help. It was such a great experience. And the food! It was all DELICIOUS, I’ve heard from many guests how great the food was. Also, they’re bar tenders are awesome, they had a bunch of the signature drinks ready to go for people right when the ceremony ended, and throughout the night they were making some of the best drinks I’ve had. Overall, amazing experience and I’m so happy they catered my wedding!
