WE'VE BEEN CREATING DELICIOUS FOOD FOR OVER TWO DECADES Hoda’s Middle Eastern Cuisine builds on a family tradition of delicious food and warm hospitality since 1999. Owner and culinary master, Hoda, is a second-generation Portland restaurateur who grew up in Beirut where she cultivated a palate for the highest quality, authentic Lebanese cooking.
FLAVORFUL FRESHNESS It’s all about the flavor. Every recipe has been developed by Hoda herself, and she still does all the cooking using only the freshest organic, locally-sourced ingredients. Hoda’s passion makes her a regular at the local farmer’s market where she scouts the ingredients for today’s dishes. With over two decades of catering experience, Hoda’s has provided a wide range of quality foods, including non-Middle Eastern dishes like Barbecue, Mexican, Northwest —whatever her customers desire. The same attention to passion goes into her catering as the meals prepared for the dining room. Nothing is prepared ahead to save time.

Hoda's Middle Eastern Cuisine did a wonderful job catering our wedding. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the planning process, providing timely answers to all our questions. On the big day, they arrived on time with fresh, hot food that stayed warm for all our guests. There was plenty for everyone too! Their professionalism ensured we could relax and enjoy our special day worry-free, knowing they were on top of all the catering details. The delicious Middle Eastern food was a hit as well - many guests raved about it! I'd highly recommend Hoda's for their great communication, high quality service and delicious cuisine that contributed so much to our perfect wedding day.
