A BBQ Feast to Remember!
We are so happy we chose I Don’t Care Kitchen for our wedding! They provided an incredible buffet-style BBQ spread that our guests are still raving about. Everything—from the smoked meats to the sides—was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. The team was professional, friendly, and worked so smoothly behind the scenes. They set up everything beautifully, kept the buffet running efficiently, and made sure everyone had plenty to eat (and go back for seconds!). Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but [Caterer’s Name] made the catering process feel easy and stress-free. They were flexible, responsive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The team at I Don't Care Kitchen was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was perfect - they were responsive, clear, and helpful throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and value was very professional. They set up the food with no issues, and everything was amazing from this place for our wedding. Everyone loved the food, especially the wings. I would highly recommend I Don't Care Kitchen for any couple's wedding catering needs.

Catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding in October. All of the food was delicious. We had every Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, the dirt pudding,and breads. The porkchops are fantastic, the bbq is one of the best I've had. The parmesian chicken was a huge hit. We are from out of state and the communication was extremely easy. They even met us at a hotel to do a tasting (brought the food to us). Great people to work with and will definitely be using them if we have future events in the area!!
