Our team of hospitality obsessed, industry professionals are well versed in every part of the wedding planning process. From custom menus and tastings, to space and rental coordination, vendor recommendations and more, we would be honored to be a part of such a special time in your life!

We pride ourselves on being approachable, communicative, customized and detail oriented. We have a lot of base packages but we love to customize menus that reflect the uniqueness of the couple. Our chef team has an incredibly diverse background and we love to make food that is flavorful and filling! Partner that with a detail oriented planning and service team and we have an event to remember!

    I cannot say enough good things about Old Ballard Catering Co.! Old Ballard recently helped to cater our wedding and was amazing throughout the whole process! When our venue suddenly shut down in January and we had to find a new venue, our new venue recommended Old Ballard Catering Co. and I cannot be happier. They jumped into action helping us figure out our new plan and what rentals we would need, offering a delicious tasting of our wedding food which made us so excited for the big day (I still dream about their Soba Noodle Salad), and asking and answering all of the critical questions leading up to the big day. Day of, Jo Ann and Pete were the first smiles I saw, offering a big hug and congrats as I walked through the door before they jetted off to make our wedding dream come to life. I truly cannot recommend Old Ballard Catering Co. and their team enough! A BIG thanks to the whole team for making our special day magical!
