Communication was poor from the start, and their online payment portal repeatedly malfunctioned, making it difficult to submit payments on time.\n\nThe food at the tasting was fantastic, which made the wedding day failures even more upsetting. We ordered chicken marsala, but instead received chicken covered in an unappetizing white sauce—so bad that I, the bride, had to send my plate back. The salmon was served with the wrong sauce, and our requested steak kebabs were replaced with over-seasoned, dry chicken.\n\nOn top of the food issues, the chef left before the reception began, so nothing could be corrected. The servers began clearing guests’ plates before they were finished eating, and poor communication due to language barriers caused further confusion during the dinner service.\n\nSince the wedding, we have sent multiple emails to try to resolve the situation and request a refund—but the company has not responded at all.\n\nWe are extremely disappointed by both the service and the lack of accountability. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this
