And they were so flexible and kind with the menu changes and food restriction we had and accommodated all the needs of our guests, include vegan, gluten free, and kids' menu. During the tasting, we met Chef Victor, whose passion for food was immediately evident. On the big day, Rollatini delivered everything flawlessly — from the delicious appetizers and buffet-style entrées to the elegant dinnerware. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food!
