    First, I will start with they were the exclusive vendor for drinks at the venue we picked, so we could not go with anyone else. From the beginning, they were somewhat pushy. They approached us to use them for food and offered a 5%-10% "discount" if we chose them for food as well. As we learned, their prices were excessive compared to other vendors for food and drinks. They had unexplained fees and surcharges on their invoices, and once we chose a different vendor for food, the surcharge percentage on the invoice we received from them in the summer of 2024 changed in early 2025 from 18% to 22% without explanation. Again, once we decided not to use them as a vendor for food, they went radio silent, and we did not talk to or hear from them regarding drinks until a few weeks before our wedding. Again, their drink prices were unreasonable, excessive, and simply didn't make sense when compared to quotes from other vendors in the area, although we had to use them for the drinks. They billed their bussers, bartenders, etc., 35/hour. Now, speaking more about the drinks included with each package, or at least the one we had, you got to pick two signature drinks. My wife first asked for a French 75, and they said that wasn't a signature drink and couldn't be made. They stated that signature drinks were like Jack and Coke, whiskey Coke, etc. It wasn't until my wife Googled and found articles and definitions of signature drinks to show them that a signature drink was more than a Jack and Coke. They eventually agreed, and she chose a Tom Collins (the closest option to a French 75). Again, I believe part of the difficulty stemmed from the animosity they had toward us for not choosing them as the food vendor. They charged us 7 per glass for Welch's grape juice, since many of our family members didn't drink alcohol and were Muslim, but they didn't properly ensure each individual at the table had the correct champagne (alcoholic versus non-alcoholic). Simply put, I believe their food and drink prices are excessive, and because they are the mandatory drink provider, they get away with it. The price definitely doesn't justify the service and product. One positive: one of the bartenders was nice and friendly.
