My love for Italian food runs deep, and I wanted to bring that warmth and beauty to weddings in a way that felt personal, elevated, and joyful. The first time I catered a wedding, I watched guests gather around our woodfired oven, laughing and telling stories ,It reminded me why I do this: food connects people. That inspired me to expand into full Italian-inspired wedding catering — from antipasto and fruit stations to decadent desserts and pasta spreads.     The pizza truck was one of the best decisions we made for our reception! Not only was the food absolutely delicious (crispy crusts, gooey cheese, fresh toppings), but the setup brought such a fun, relaxed vibe to the evening.
