Floral design caught Kaitlyn off guard in the best way. A few years ago, she took a workshop on flower arranging and it was then that something ignited within her. She started creating arrangements and giving them as gifts, taught workshops using those same skills she learned, and used floral arranging as a form of her own self-care. “I love that no two floral arrangements are the same. You can use the same elements in two arrangements, but they’re all one-of-a-kind. Working with flowers is so peaceful, and it brings such joy to create something beautiful and unique." Florence Florals was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From our first calls and quotes, Kaitlyn was approachable, kind, and quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. The quality of her work was simply beautiful - the natural styling was exactly what we were looking for to complement the elegant vibe of our wedding. It's evident that Kaitlyn takes pride in her craft as a florist. I've always adored seasonal farm flowers and regularly grab a bouquet from the farmers market for my home. I told Kaitlyn I'd love the same kind of organic shape and mixture of these kinds of spring bouquets and she blew me out of the water when I saw them on my wedding day. She nailed the color scheme and delicacy I had envisioned, and my whole wedding party was stunned at the beauty of the bouquets. She also executed our vision for the arbor flowers and guest tables perfectly — we truly couldn't have been more happy with how it turned out and captured the tone of our wedding. On top of that, she's a great communicator and was always swift to respond to any questions or adjustments.

Kaitlyn at Florence Florals was flexible, organized, communicative, and easy to work with! She executed my floral vision flawlessly! What was planned as an industrial downtown wedding was completely replanned to an outdoor wedding in Hendersonville in 3 months time. Kaitlyn adjusted and added to the vision as we created an expanded look to fit the outdoors. Kaitlyn made beautiful traditional all white bouquets for myself and the bridesmaids plus boutonnieres and corsages. The 26 table centerpieces (26!!) she created had the perfect pop of color and added some wild interest at my otherwise minimalist tables. She also created several large ceremony centerpieces, smaller arrangements to accent the bars, and bud vases to finish off the decor. The flowers were the leading decor for the day and they were perfect thanks to Kaitlyn and her floral design!
