Shelly and David Braswell are the creative artists at Golden Petal Designs. They offer various custom design concepts for your wedding day, beautiful florals, handcrafted jewelry, and glass or metal engraving. As a floral and event designer, Shelly brings the artistry alive. Graduate gemologist David is also a gifted artist. His specialty is designing fine jewelry, appraisals, and engraving; he is here to assist you in customizing your perfect gift or dream engagement ring. He is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA)

Our clients are like family. It is very important to us to please them. We schedule planning meetings and talk through every aspect of their event, paying close attention to what they are dreaming of, and we do our best to make their dreams come true!! We point out the issues that could come up based on our experiences and suggest how to tweak things to make them even better. By the day of their event, we usually come to know the entire family! Many of our clients still keep in touch years later, letting us know how their journey is going...new babies, job changes, moves.

We used Golden Petal Designs for our wedding, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. From our very first consultation, they listened so carefully to our vision and brought it to life in the most breathtaking way. Every single arrangement—from the bridal bouquet to the centerpieces and ceremony arch—was absolutely stunning. The flowers were fresh, perfectly coordinated, and arranged with such elegance and attention to detail. They completely elevated the look and feel of our big day. The team was professional, responsive, and so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. They helped with everything from design ideas to flower selections and made sure everything was delivered and set up on time without a hitch. Golden Petal Designs was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding.
