About Haven Florals

Owner/Creative Director

Haven Florals is a home based studio nestled in Sparks, NV. We seek to create naturalistic and European inspired arrangements, drawing inspiration from natures beauty and the ever changing colors of each season. We believe in creating impactful designs that tell our client’s love stories, are cohesive with the surrounding environments and we focus on the small details that reflect their personality. We love to choose ingredients that are of the unbeaten path, sourcing from local farmers and California wholesalers as well as our own garden.

I’ve always had a fond love for flowers and find inspiration everywhere I go. Whether it’s the wildflowers on the side of the road, the moss and ferns of the Sierra Nevada or the trumpet vine in my own backyard, the flowers surrounding us everyday truly inspire my creativity. I am local to Sparks, NV and reside with my husband Andrew, who you’ll see on set-up days, my beautiful daughter Laila (you might see her too!), and my dog Tonto. My family is everything and without them this dream of mine would not be possible.

    We were connected with Kristina through our planner, Taylor at Revel & Rye, and couldn’t have been happier with the recommendation. Kristina nailed the vision perfectly. We had a good idea of what we were looking for, but of course needed the right person to help bring it to life. Kristina listened and understood what we were imagining, presented options while being mindful of our budget, and expanded where we wanted to. Haven Florals focuses on “Old World and Wild Wedding Flowers” and while Kristina certainly excels in that style, someone as talented as she is can do it all. Our floral design was nearly all white, focusing on texture and layout instead of color, but that was no problem for Kristina. The flowers were one of our favorite and most memorable parts of our wedding day, and it would not have been the same without Haven Florals. I would happily use Kristina for any future event where you want the best of the best when it comes to floral design, wedding or otherwise!

    I cannot recommend Haven Florals enough! Kristina is literally a dream to work with. She was very respectful of our budget and was able to make my floral dreams come true! I gave her a very vague theme, and changed my mind often, and she was able to create the most beautiful flowers for our wedding day. Not only is she amazing with flowers, but she is an amazing human. Working with reliable and kind vendors was so important to me because planning a wedding is so stressful. Kristina was always available, always willing to help me brainstorm, and always willing to change things up. I was so excited to meet her on my wedding day because I had so much fun working with her throughout the planning process. Like I said, the florals were out of this world, but she is also a wonderful vendor and a great human!
