Platinum Events @ Family Florist was incredible to work with for our wedding. Their communication was clear and quick throughout the entire process, making planning a breeze. Danny, the owner, is truly talented and brought our floral vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. The quality of their work was outstanding and worth every penny. Danny went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even making last-minute adjustments on the day of to make sure our arrangements looked stunning. Choosing Platinum Events as our florist was one of the best decisions we made, as they helped our wedding day run smoothly from start to finish.

Platinum Events @ Family Florist did an absolutely gorgeous job with the floral arrangements for our wedding. From the stunning bouquets to the elegant centerpieces, their professional and personalized service truly made our special day even more beautiful. The vibrant colors and lush textures of the flowers complemented the venue perfectly and helped create a warm, romantic atmosphere that all our guests raved about. I felt so beautiful walking down the aisle, and our wedding photos turned out stunning thanks to the gorgeous florals Platinum Events provided. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our vision a reality was truly impressive. We couldn't have asked for a better florist to bring our wedding dreams to life.

Danny and his team are amazing! From the moment we booked him, he was responsive and attentive. The day of the wedding was a dream! Everything came out so beautiful and he gave us EXACTLY what we wanted - mind you I’m pretty picky/ for a reasonable price. You will not regret going with Platinum Events @ Family Florist. We truly struck gold when we found him. Thank you so much Danny!!

Biggest disappointment

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the services provided by Platinum Events @ Family Florist for our wedding. The communication with Danny, the owner, was severely lacking and unprofessional. Despite multiple meetings where we clearly communicated our vision and preferences, the flowers and decor that were delivered on our wedding day were completely wrong - the colors and types of flowers were not at all what we had discussed. Additionally, Danny insisted on bringing and setting up fake candles, even after we had explicitly told him multiple times that we did not want them. My husband and his groomsmen had to quickly remove all of the unwanted candles before the ceremony. Danny simply did not listen to or respect our wishes and our vision for our wedding, and the overall quality and value of his services was unacceptable. I even ended up having to drive to his store after the wedding to return his fake candles to him (which we did not want in the first place), which was insanely inconvenient and aggravating. I would not recommend Platinum Events @ Family Florist to any couple planning their wedding. We spent a lot of money on flowers and received nothing that we wanted.

I’m so sorry you weren’t happy, as for the candles, your venue doesn’t allow real candles and I didn’t charge for them, that’s why I told Joe if he could bring them back. I filled 90 bud vases with roses, pompass grass, alstroemerias, spray roses, dahlias daises and some dendrobium orchids, I wish Joe would have said he didn’t want the candles and I would have taken them off the tables. The staff at Jedediah thought it looked amazing. I took pics and video and wish. Could post them here. I texted Joe to give the ok before I left and nothing was said to me. How can you say you didn’t get value? You were charged 10.00 per budvase. I wish I was told before leaving and would have fixed whatever you wanted. Call me if you like to discuss further.
