    She cancelled on me the day before my wedding without even suggesting an alternative.

    Hi Glory Thank you for your feedback. I truly understand how important your wedding day is, and I’m sorry you felt let down during such a significant moment. However, I want to provide some clarity. My ability to move forward with any service depends on timely communication, and mutual professionalism. Unfortunately, there were multiple instances of missed communication, delayed responses, and that made it difficult for us to proceed confidently and professionally. It was never my intention to cause disappointment. My goal is always to serve clients with care and consistency, especially on such meaningful occasions. A full refund has been processed and while I understand you are upset, there were many attempts to communicate in preparation for your day. I hope you can be honest with yourself and look at things from the venders point of view. I wish you all the best in your new chapter.
