As per our standard booking policies, which are clearly outlined in two separate sections in our contract, a confirmed booking requires both a signed contract and a deposit payment. This reserves the date exclusively for a client. Without these steps completed, the date remains open for other interested parties. In your case, while you did express interest in booking a trial with us, you never submitted a signed contract or deposit. Therefore, we were unable to officially book you or block off that date. We understand the delay in our response may have been frustrating, but as we explained, our family was out of town at the time and we do not conduct business during those personal trips. Once we clarified our booking policies with you, there was no room for further discussion, as you had not fulfilled the necessary requirements to secure a reservation.
