I love making people feel beautiful. It has always been my goal to make my client look like they walked off the red carpet. My passion is to truly make you feel and look your best. I am here to make your wedding day and or special event as stress free as possible. Every person is individual in their likes, dislikes and vision. It’s up to me to learn these things and execute your perfect look. I am dedicated to you and your happiness on your special day.

I knew what I wanted to do at a very young age. Beauty is something that I admire and that I love to create. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 28 years. In 2008 I opened my first on site hair and makeup business called Imagine Three in Ann Arbor, MI. The story of how I got to Key West goes as such. I fell in love, we went on vacation to Key West, planned our wedding in 2007 from afar, returned to Key West to be married. We knew as we returned again and again this is where we wanted to be and I then carried my dreams to Key West.

    Julie and her team were incredible! She was easy to communicate with and was super flexible. I was able to add more people and she had no problem adjusting the schedule. I ended up doing a trial. She was receptive to my feedback and absolutely NAILED it on my wedding day. I was so happy with how everything turned out. It lasted all night! Thank you Julie for making me feel absolutely beautiful on my big day!

    I am beyond thrilled with how both hair and makeup turned out for my MOH and I for my wedding day. I was able to enjoy the process of getting ready with comfortable conversation while Julie worked quickly to meet our timeline. My MOH and I couldn't have asked for anything more to look and feel our best in the Key West heat.

    This girl is amazing! I hired her to do the hair and makeup for our wedding party in Key West on May 8th. Her work was above and beyond what I expected! And she has a personality to match! Being from Michigan, we were concerned with our hair and makeup surviving in the Key West humidity. We should not have been concerned in the slightest. Despite my best attempts to kerfluffle my hair on the dance floor, it remained firmly in place, and beautiful throughout our post-reception bar crawl. I was extremely impressed at Julie's work on my mom's hair and makeup. I don't think I've ever seen my mom look more beautiful. Julie even made sure to capture the moment by taking a picture of my mom and mother in law - something that I have since, unbeknownst to her, downloaded and displayed on my office desk. Julie's work was beyond anything I could have imagined. I, personally, never felt more beautiful in my life, and it's completely thanks to her (and Spanx (shout out to them too)). If you need hair and/or makeup, scoop her up immediately!

    When booking someone to do your hair and make up for a destination wedding, especially when covid restricts you from flying down for a trial hair and make up session, it’s easy to be nervous. But Julie was not only professional but a delight to work with. Everyone that got their hair or make up done was absolutely thrilled and I felt drop dead GORGEOUS on my special day. I can not recommend Julie Hill highly enough for any of your hair or make up needs!
