Hey! I am Madison Ragan! I am a certified makeup artist, licensed cosmetologist, and certified spray tan artist. I have been working in this industry for 4 years. My shop is in Kenbridge, VA. However, I service all surrounding areas! I am located in close proximity to some gorgeous wedding venues! I have a love and passion for this industry and want to share that with you!

    I had her scheduled for my trial and wedding day. I scheduled my bridal portraits the day we had the make up trial scheduled for. She canceled 2-3 hours before my appointment with her due to a family emergency. While I understand things happen and that life happens, this left a bad taste in my mouth. What if this happened the day of my wedding with multiple bridesmaids and myself depending on her for hair and makeup? I reached out and kindly asked to be let out of my contract and for my deposit to be refunded, to which, she refused. I kindly replied asking that she reconsider given the situation of the trial that was cancelled last minute and that I reached out for cancellation well before my wedding date, and out of good will, and again she refused. Im not one to leave negative reviews but I feel it’s best to warn other brides to use caution when booking.
