I am a Bridal Hair Stylist based out of West Des Moines! Styling hair is my passion along with everything that comes with being a Bridal Hairstylist. The busy mornings, laughter among friends/family, traveling to different venues- I love it all!

I have been a licensed cosmetologist in the wedding industry for 10 years. I believe I am a very patient and positive person. With my experience, skill, and positive outlook, I hope that I bring the peace and good energy to fit perfectly into your special day!

Marissa was fantastic!! She was so easy to work with, flexible, and friendly. I have naturally wavy and frizzy hair, but she gave me a frizz free look without making my hair crunchy or stiff from product. My half up-do was super comfortable and stayed all night with no issues, even after taking my cathedral length veil out. She added a great vibe to the room getting ready and I knew from my trial that I didn’t need to worry about hair at all. Everyone else loved her work as well, she was super knowledgeable and confident in whipping up hairstyles the day of for the bridesmaids and my mom. She even worked with my maid of honor’s natural curls to touch them up and add a little style. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Marissa was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day. From the very first interaction, she was prompt in her communication, adaptive to my specific wants and needs, and maintained a highly professional demeanor. Her work was truly top-notch - she is a highly skilled stylist who is wonderful to work with. Marissa took the time to understand the exact hairstyle I envisioned and make wedding day adjustments as needed. She was genuine, patient, and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I loved working with Marissa for my bridal hair and for my bridal party. She was easy to work with and did a wonderful job on everyone’s hair. My bridesmaids loved working with her. She worked quickly and got us ahead of schedule for the morning. She helped to keep the vibe calm and relaxed. I highly recommend Marissa!!
