Absolutely. A true professional makeup application will last the full duration of your event. Not only are the eyes and skin prepared with the proper skin care and priming products, but you will be set and finished with professional powders and sprays that seal in and help fix the makeup in place. All the products in between the prepping and sealing are chosen for their longevity and high performance in all tear/sweat and weather conditions.

Oh So Lovely Makeup & Hair was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day. From our very first conversation, their communication style was prompt, honest and direct - exactly what I was looking for in a beauty vendor. The quality of their work was exemplary, with the team being incredibly thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. They were open to all of my suggestions, expertly explained every step, and made my bridal party and I feel completely comfortable and confident. The end result was flawless makeup and hair that lasted all night long. Victoria worked on me, a friend, and my mother, and we were all so impressed with her skill and professionalism. Not only did she make us look like rockstars, but she also made us feel comfortable with the process, which was pretty foreign to most of us. My makeup and hair held all night long and matched exactly with what I had in mind. I was initially nervous booking someone on the lower end of the HMU budget spectrum, but her reasonable fees are not commensurate with her ability. She could easily double her prices, but I’m so glad she had offerings that I was able to afford. Highly recommend!

If you need someone on your wedding day (or any special occasion) to help you feel absolutely INCREDIBLE inside and out, Victoria is your girl. From the very beginning of the process, starting with our phone call interview, Victoria has been fabulous with communication as well as making me feel calm and comfortable with the whole booking process. Although what originally drew me to inquire with her was her soft glam make up style, her easy going personality is what ultimately lead me to book. Trust me, you will need her to help you feel zen and calm before the big day. I booked for hair and make up for my bridesmaids as well as VIP family. Her and her team made sure we were all happy with our looks, which turned out even better than the inspo pictures we shared and my make up trial. Their time management on the day was fantastic, coming early to set up and making sure everyone was ready by the time we had to take photos. I decided to add hourly touch ups to our package for an extra 3 hours, and Victoria was there every step of the way making sure my make up didn't run while we took photos (and trust me, even if you cry or sweat, the application does not move.) Everyone looked flawless through the entire day/night/and after party. The products she used were lightweight and comfortable. I could not speak highly enough. If you're in the NY/NJ area, OhSoLovely is the way to go.

I have been a client of Victoria’s for the past two years. Victoria has done both my hair and makeup for some of the most important events of my life. She recently was the main makeup artist for my wedding on 11/9/24. Almost immediately after I asked her to work my wedding, Victoria assembled a team to work my 18 person party. The most stressful part of my planning I thought would be makeup scheduling but Victoria absolutely took that task over and put me at ease. The smoothest part of my day was makeup and she ensured every single girl looked beautiful and was happy with their looks. She was my personal makeup artist the entire day and stuck by my side touching my face up whenever needed. I did not worry once how my pictures would turn out because I was so confident every moment she ensured her work looked beautiful. Victoria is a one of a kind person to work with. She truly cares about her clients and has a passion for her work that is unmatched. Whether she is doing your wedding or a smaller event , she will give you the same amount of effort 1000% and beyond because that’s just who she is!
