We are a team of onsite hair and makeup artists who come to your home (or wedding venue) and style you and your party for your big day! With a team of 27 artists, we can do it all! From hair styling on all types and textures to makeup on all skin tones, textures and types. We use professional beauty products that are layered to perfection and will last all day and night so you will look your best on your big day (and for the photos that last a lifetime)! We do hair and makeup trials at our studio in Joppa, MD 21085.

Let us help YOU find your perfect bridal look! Will you go with a loose, boho style with natural makeup? Or glam waves with added clip in hair extensions and a bold lip and wing? We love working with our brides and helping them customize their look so it is unique to them.

I truly cannot thank Swept, LLC enough for the amazing experience they gave me and my wedding party. From the moment I reached out, the owner Jamie went above and beyond. Just a week before my wedding, I unexpectedly came down with Bell’s Palsy. I was terrified about how I’d look and feel on such an important day, but after texting with Jamie, my fears quickly started to fade. She immediately reassured me, offered support, and even researched techniques to help with the facial droop—though in the end, we didn’t need them. Her professionalism, kindness, and compassion were unlike anything I’ve experienced. Jamie thoughtfully matched me with artists who were perfect for my needs. Wendie was on point with the makeup—flawless, natural, and exactly what I envisioned. Meghan nailed my hairstyle and brought my vision to life with so much care. And Kristen absolutely rocked the curls on my bridesmaids—the girls looked stunning! Everyone on the glam team was not only incredibly talented but also warm, understanding, and sensitive to my condition. They made me feel completely at ease. When they finished, I looked in the mirror and cried—I never knew I could feel so beautiful. It wasn’t just about hair and makeup—it was about confidence, comfort, and care on one of the biggest days of my life. Swept wasn’t just a vendor; they became friends throughout this journey. My entire bridal party looked amazing, and I felt like the very best version of myself. Huge thank you to Jamie and the entire team at Swept for being such an important and uplifting part of our day. I highly recommend Swept LLC for anyone looking for hair and makeup for their wedding or a special event. Kristin was our hair stylist and she was so fast in getting everyone ready for our wedding. Lorena was our makeup artist and she did a great job making sure everyone liked their makeup and everything looked how they wanted it to. She spent extra time on my bridal makeup, especially when I wanted to change lashes and add lashes to see what I liked the best. The two of them were a great team and made our getting ready experience so enjoyable and relaxing. Jamie was also a pleasure to work with and communicate with through email. She is very organized and on top of things, which made the planning experience super easy!

The Swept team was fantastic to work with. We did hair and makeup at our house before we all went to the venue. We had 12 people get hair and 10 people get makeup. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. One of my bridesmaids had really bad food poisoning that day, but Wendie made her look like she had color again! It was basically a makeup miracle. Everyone was so pleased with their hair and makeup. I strongly recommend doing a hair and makeup trial. I didn't love my hair trial but did a second one which was absolutely perfect. Be honest about what you want! I worked with Kristin, Wendie, Jordan B., and Lorena, and all of them were just fabulous. There's a reason Swept has won so many awards.

From trial to day of, everything was a breeze with Wendi and Jamie. They were on time and kept to schedule for the three other combination of bridesmaids getting hair and/or makeup. Wendi particularly did a wonderful job changing a few things up from what we did during trial and it ended up just perfect. I felt so incredibly beautiful day of, and my glam lasted all day! These women are wonderful to work with.
