It didn’t take long for BFFs Deidre Heid and Natalie Watterson to realize they have an identical passion for what they do. After years of wishing they could work together every single weekend, Deidre and Natalie finally took a leap of faith and decided it was time to build something of their very own. In September of 2019 The Agency of Beauty was born. As business began to take off they hand-picked a roster of passionate and incredibly talented artists to join their team. They are confident you’ll not only gain a few new gal pals, but will also be in love with how you look after spending time with any of the artists on their team!

With hundreds of weddings behind us, we are confident in our ability to provide a stress free, timely experience for your wedding day! We provide a hair and makeup schedule to ensure things run smoothly that morning. You can relax knowing your glam is in good hands!

I recently had a wedding back in November and I can only say positive things about the hair and make up. Helen did amazing with my make up (as the bride) and all the other women I had in my party. I am not a girly girl but at the trial Helen had so many tips to make everything look so much better (derma planing, cleansing shampoo, etc). Natalie was super easy to communicate with and was pretty quick to respond. The whole crew are great girls girls to help with the nerves before the wedding - all of the women were super sweet, talkative, and had a great vibe to start the wedding day! Overall I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hair and make up!

The Agency of Beauty was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day hair and makeup. Diedre and Natalie were incredibly responsive, professional, and low-stress throughout the entire process. As someone who is extremely particular when it comes to hair and makeup, I was blown away by their precision and unparalleled skill. They listened intently, asked thoughtful questions to clarify my preferences, and made me feel so beautiful and confident on my wedding day. Diedre and Natalie's amazing talent and incredible attention to detail were invaluable - they helped me relax and feel at ease even with all the wedding day nerves. Their whole team was efficient, kind and so so fun. I couldn't recommend The Agency of Beauty highly enough!

My wedding planner (Khloe from W Events) recommended Agency of Beauty. What I liked most is that you had a preview day about 1 month before, so not too far out, with the actual MUA you will be working with. Katie was my MUA; she was so fun and made me feel at ease if I wanted to change anything. Day of she arrived perfectly on time and kept us on time throughout the morning. She did both my sister's hair and makeup, and my Mom's makeup and they were both extremely pleased! Lainey did my spray tan and made me feel SO comfortable. She followed up with me the day before the wedding to make sure I felt good about the color, and was so encouraging throughout the whole process. I would recommend the Agency to anyone in the Nashville area!

I highly recommend Agency of Beauty! Being an out of state bride, I was nervous about having my trial hair and makeup so close to the wedding (that was my choice, due to work). But I did not have to worry! Helen did an amazing job! I never felt more beautiful! She even took the time to repin my updo to make sure it wouldn’t fall and let me tell you, it did not move, even with the heat and dancing! My makeup also lasted all night! Helen and Vanessa were also amazing for all my girls hair and makeup. Each of them loved their looks and couldn’t stop talking about how great of a job they did! Highly highly recommend !
