HI! I am Allie Miller, a hybrid wedding photographer based in Eastern NC serving 'The Carolinas' and all destinations [ both nationwide & internationally] - and with about 15 years of experience and over 350+ weddings delivered, I have learned to identify that wedding photography is more than just the photographs. Valuable wedding photographs are the moments, the laughs, and the happy cries that rapidly become your most cherished memories. Eager to know more about your day and how I can help make our day more cherished as you will reminisce happily on the most important day lived!

One thing clear in my process is that I will abstain from random poses off a Pinterest board - Although some inspiration might help to envision some dynamics, I am here to create YOUR own unique moments. What will suit the real YOU! That said, I will most likely refrain from taking a shot that does not feel authentic or take away from the essence in spirit of your day. When it comes to some of the proposed posing in your Creative Portraits [portion] or formals, I will aim to keep it real and natural, so you will feel comfortable and far away from fake. Ultimately the connection with my couple is essential to the day's experience.

We loved working with Allie Miller Photography for our wedding! Allie was so attentive, caring and compassionate throughout the planning process and on our big day. She has a great energy about her - funny and outgoing - that put us at ease. Allie did a beautiful job capturing the feel of our wedding through her photography. She used the venue's gorgeous natural light to enhance our portraits, which turned out wonderfully. We have a great variety of natural, posed and artistic shots that showcase Allie's good eye for detail. She was able to beautifully capture us, our families and the venue in her signature warm, bright style. The final edited photos are just what we hoped for to remember our special day. I can ensure you'll get beautiful images in the highest quality, and the personal care you can expect for your day from me. With over 400+ weddings shot through the years, I already know all the dynamics for the day. My team and I will communicate with venue, and/or event planner facilitating your wedding flow professionally - I provide a dynamic schedule for photography fitting your day's expectations.

Yes! I make sure to include a complimentary session for Collection I and II - While sessions hold no monetary value against any investment... But, in case we are unable to schedule for one due to time/life conflict, I have some options for you. These sessions are such a great advantage, it allows us to get-to-know each other a bit better, our time spent this day of will be a great indication about our dynamics for the big day.

On a typical wedding day I will be documenting all variables, i.e. size of wedding parties, guest-count, the coverage time & the day's timeline as well as event type, sites of coverage, timing, family formal photographs etc. These dynamics will dictate the volume of images from your day! In average 8 hour day wedding with a 2nd LEAD shooter will typically yield to an average of 800-1K +/-images.

After post-processing images, I'll upload them to a web-based platform + send a link with instructions for the final production process + prompt delivery of products. Link will be available from 6 mos to a year after the delivery date. The website is extremely convenient + user friendly. With link, you'll be able to share, order images + purchase high quality products from studio/lab at a special price incentives.

Great! You are ready! So glad to have you! Now, to ensure your day is reserved, a $1000 non-refundable retainer has to be received. Once you have chosen your collection and payment terms, I'll proceed to draw the contract, and it will be sent electronically for review. Once signed, we begin scheduling your complementary engagement session...

In my 14+ years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve only had 1 wedding that needed a separate team photographing it in another state [Due to an unfortunate situation] However, in the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph the wedding [it is rare, but this can happen] I’ll make sure you’re covered by my contracted team. I'll handle editing, production, and delivery -

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires COI [certificate of insurance-liability] and I’ll send that over to them.

Although, I provide between 75-150+ sneak peeks and their downloads within 24 hours after the wedding day - My turnaround time varies by season. That said, your full wedding will be ready in about 45 working days from your wedding.

Definitely. All final images will be curated and edited for crop, exposure, and style standards to ensure they are as promised - I will do some basic retouching on the Bride and Groom. I also offer more detailed re-touching services like i.e. blemish removals and teeth whitening... For an additional charge, per image.

Typically, couples book me about 6-12 and as far as 18 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. Let's talk soon!

A 2nd LEAD photographer is included in my 8 and 10-hour Collections. I also offer add-ons for additional services. For an addition in investment just inquire and we will recommend exactly what you may need.
