Hello, I am Lauren Bitz! I am so glad you are here!! Montana-based wedding photographer that loves adventure and anything outside, + mountains make me smile. I am always up for a hike, game night, or Mexican food. If my husband and I aren't working during the week or at a photoshoot, you can catch us at the farm or deep in the heart of Yellowstone. My happy place is behind the camera, capturing moments. I would love to connect!
I absolutely love running around on your big day with you and capturing all your most joyous moments! My nature is easygoing with bit of fun and adventure. I find a true to color edit with a little boost is best, and we work together from booking to day-of to create your best day yet.

Incredible Photos, Amazing Experience
We could not have asked for a better photography team for our wedding! From the very beginning, Lauren and her husband felt like such natural additions to our day — warm, easygoing, and never intrusive. They captured every moment beautifully without ever making us feel posed or pressured, which allowed us to truly enjoy the day. She even pulled us aside during the best light and captured what turned out to be my absolute favorite photo of the day. They were also completely game for anything — including our crazy idea to jump in the river, which meant they had to cross the river themselves! The photos turned out absolutely stunning — timeless, natural, and filled with so much genuine emotion. The way they highlighted the mountain setting made our wedding look like a classic Montana dream. Every image feels like a piece of art that we’ll cherish forever. We are beyond grateful for their incredible talent and professionalism. If you want photographers who will make you feel comfortable, blend seamlessly into your celebration, and deliver breathtaking photos, look no further.
Gorgeous & Unique Photos
Lauren is the best! She's great at getting you to relax and look good. She truly tailors your photoshoot to you and your preferences, takes the time to get to know you, and puts a very nice personal touch on your photos. Her photography and editing skills are fantastic and I'm so pleased with the pictures we got back from our session.
Awesome experience
From the moment we booked Bitz of Life Photography, they were incredibly proactive, responsive, and caring throughout the entire process. Their communication put us at ease and made planning the wedding photography a breeze. On the day of the wedding, the photographer wss outgoing, timely, and great at organizing our large wedding party to ensure we got all the group shots we wanted without the process dragging on too long. They even helped coordinate our bridal party getting ready in different locations to ensure our first look was during the processional. Which was such a special moment, one we'll treasure forever. I didn't have to worry about missing any important shots because the team already knew exactly what we wanted, allowing me to fully focus on enjoying our wedding day experience. Bitz of Life Photography's professionalism, expertise, and personalized service made them an invaluable part of making our special day perfect.
Perfect Photographer
Not every photographer would be willing to drive out into the woods for a wedding ceremony, but Lauren was completely on board. She was flexible, adventurous, enthusiastic, and so wonderful and easy to work with! I'm recommending her to all my friends and family with upcoming weddings. She fit in naturally with our friends and family and her photos captured our day in such a magical way. We are still working on narrowing down which photos to print almost 5 months after our wedding because they're all so wonderful.
