While I have worked with many talented photographers, Cat is certainly one of the best. Not because she takes the most gorgeous photos, but also because she is incredibly organized. As a wedding coordinator, I have to work well and closely with the photographer to make the day happen. Cat is amazing at giving me realistic timeframes needed to capture photos, and we work together to make sure our clients get what they want without sacrificing the quality of the photos. Typically, couples book me about 15-18 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

I always have an extra photographer with me! Sometimes I will bring an assistant to help with gear/help corral the wedding party. But I will let you know ahead of time if I will be bringing a third assistant!

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful and match my style and aesthetic.

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. But I do have some great videographer recommendations!

I post sneak peeks the day after your wedding on Instagram. And then I post a blog within a week of your wedding. At that time you will have access to all those blog images to share, print, use to get started on thank you cards. Full galleries take 6-8 weeks from your wedding day to receive the images via your online gallery.

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

In my 10 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

YAY!!! I do require a contract to be signed and a non-refundable retainer of $1200. Once those are done I am yours for your wedding date! All my contracts and invoicing are done online!
