Hello and Congratulations! I’m glad you’re here! Your Wedding is a Special Day. Allow me to capture these precious memories, so you can treasure them forever. Through dynamic story telling, you will be showcased for who you truly are, by catching the honest and candid moments of your wedding day.
Born and raised in NJ, Cortney Torres is a coffee lover, mom and creative! She graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a BFA in Photography. Following graduation she worked in the NJ Governor’s Office as one of the Governor’s staff photographers for over 5 years. Since 2004, Cortney has been professionally photographing events to include weddings, families and corporate functions. In addition, she works with Real Estate agents across NJ, as well as commercial clients who use her images to promote their businesses and residential properties.

Can’t recommend Cortney Torres Photography enough! We just got our wedding album back and could not be happier. Cortney was wonderful to work with and helped coordinate the entire day for us. She created a timeline of events and perfectly planned out the day so we would not be rushing and have plenty of time to capture all of the photos and details. And the photos - MY GOODNESS! She has such an amazing gift. From engagement photos to the wedding day photos, Cortney made us feel so relaxed and captured our moments perfectly and also made it very fun. 10/10! The sunset photos, the detail photos, the candids, I could go on forever- everything was so beautiful and we are thrilled with her work. Thank you Cortney!
Marvelous Work!
Cortney went out of her way to help me with the wedding every step of the way. She helped me finalize my timeline, create the shot list, and understood everything that I wanted with the utmost patience and kindness. On my wedding day she provided me with endless support and I knew I could lean on her. It was a rainy day and my pictures still turned out AMAZING thanks to Cortney and her team and their creativity and problem solving.

Cortney is truly an angel to work with! She is super creative, fun, kind, and so easy to get along with. We absolutely LOVE our engagement and wedding photos! We could tell how passionate she was about her work from the second we met her, and she went above and beyond for us throughout our entire wedding planning process. She was always extremely responsive when I needed her for questions, concerns, or even advice. She really is the best!
