A few things - We show up 3 hours before your ceremony starts and we are with you until the end of the night - Your photos get back to you in 1 month - We make it easy, we help plan your shot list and timeline so that you are prepared. Most people have never planned a wedding and we want to take the stress out.

Epic Photo and video was amazing from first communication to our wedding day. Everyone we interacted with was super kind , friendly, and helpful . Our photographers and videographers on the day did an amazing job, worked seamlessly together and created an amazing day for us! Both my husband and I are awkward in front of the camera and they did an amazing job getting us comfortable. Our photos and videos came back fast and were so so amazing and better than we ever imagined ! The video looks like it came straight out of a movie. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for photo video

From the moment we booked Epic Photos Films, we knew we were in good hands. They were incredibly responsive and made time to meet with us multiple times prior to the wedding to understand our vision. On the day of, they were flexible and accommodating, working with us to capture some unique and creative shots that really captured the spirit of our wedding. Their fast turnaround was also greatly appreciated - we received our full gallery just a few weeks after the big day. The team's professionalism and attention to detail were evident in the beautiful, high-quality photos that we will cherish for years to come. We couldn't be happier with the service and value provided by Epic Photos Films.

My wife is in tears, and I'm at a loss for words. Our entire experience with this company was a disaster from the very beginning. We did an engagement shoot and wedding photos with this company, and it was a disaster. We didn't get to meet, talk to, or pick which photographers were sent to us. Our "experienced" engagement photographer was late and "didn't know" she needed a commercial photography permit to shoot in a state park, so we almost didn't get to do a shoot at all. Fortunately, the park ranger felt bad for us and sold the photographer a permit after hours. She gave us no timeline of how long we had to shoot, and she just took off five pictures into our second outfit. We knew we made a huge mistake during our pre-wedding phone call with someone (not our photographers) who thought it would be funny to pretend to be an automated system. The call was rushed and unprofessional, and it left us feeling very stressed and concerned. The assigned a female photographer to the grooms cabin and a male photographer to the brides cabin, so my wife felt uncomfortable while she was getting ready and didn't get some of the more intimate "getting ready" shots she wanted. My wife gave the photographers a list of specific shots she wanted with example photos, and they either ignored her, failed to take the shots she wanted, or straight-up told her, "No, I want to take such and such a shot." One of the photographers refused to use what my wife brought for the detail shots she wanted and insisted on taking details shots with his own crap that he brought himself that had absolutely nothing to do with us, so now we have pictures of random crap that doesn't even belong to us. They didn't take photos at one of the classic spots at our venue, they took cheesy, staged, close-up photos my wife didn't want, didn't get any pictures of my wife's dress/train, and didn't get a single shot of us with the most beautiful sunset in the background during our first dance. Do not use this company! They are unprofessional, their photographers don't listen to you because they have their own agenda, and you will be wildly disappointed in what you get back.

This company started out so well. They seemed to have great customer service but then the day of my wedding, my view of them changed. The photographer did not utilize the venue's photo ops in ANY of my pictures. The venue had a pond, longhorns, vintage vehicles, a bridge, Texas flag mural, etc and NONE of that was displayed in my photos. She also did not come prepared to take photos at night time and I did not get any photos of my wedding party outside. She also called me by the wrong name for the entire day and I was the bride. To top it off, she LOST my wedding band before the ceremony started when she took it to take pictures of it. I sent a nice email to the company and we received no response or compensation for the ring. Last but not least, The flash drive that was mailed to me was blank and did not show me any files with my pictures on it. The 2 stars I gave them are because I was emailed the photos barely on time and the ones that they did take look great. I just wish this company was more professional.
