Hi, I'm Georgy Shishkin — a wedding and elopement photographer with over 16 years of experience capturing love stories in breathtaking landscapes. Based in Oregon, I photograph weddings across the Pacific Northwest, California, and British Columbia. My background in photojournalism taught me how to anticipate real emotion, while my years in wedding photography taught me how to guide and support couples in front of the camera. I love helping people who’ve never modeled before feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely connected. Every story is personal to me — I’m not just your photographer, I’m your teammate throughout the day.

I specialize in working with everyday couples — not models — and help them look amazing in natural, emotional, and artistic photos. I never leave you alone in front of the camera: I guide you through every pose, every moment, and every location, so you feel confident and cared for.     I rarely write comments about the work of specialists, but it is simply impossible not to appreciate the work of Georgy Shishkin! This man is an amazing Photographer with a capital letter! The way he sees the frame, how he builds the shooting process, what impression he makes on everyone who participates in it - this is great professionalism, experience and, of course, a gift given to him from above! For the past 6 years, George has been filming the most important events of our lives. There are more than 1000 of his pictures in family albums, which we review every time with great joy and nostalgia! Our wedding, the birth of children, walks, trips to Altai and Baikal, Geogry was always happy to agree to all our crazy filming ideas and the result always exceeded expectations! This is the rare case when you are already spoiled by good shots and your expectations are too high, but every time he surpasses himself and the shots that you get in the end cause just a flurry of genuine emotions and joy! I wholeheartedly recommend Georgy Shishkin as the best photographer in our city! Because sometimes I had to work with other professionals, and as a result, we all concluded that no one coped with the task better than Georgy!
