I recently had a photo session with Heather Kelley, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment we started, she made us feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. Her warm and friendly personality instantly calmed my nerves, and she gave just the right amount of direction to capture natural, beautiful shots.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view, share & download your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding.

My turnaround time varies by season. I do always strive to get a sneak peek sent for you within a week of your wedding, sometimes sooner! Typically, you’ll be able to view your full photo gallery online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

You can expect about 50-80 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

You always have the option of booking a second shooter from my professional network, when going this route, you are guaranteed duplicate angles of certain moments, a different perspective & an extra set of hands to get all of the coverage from your special day. This can be added on at the rate of $65/hour. Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. If this is a decision that I've made & not a second-shooter booking, don't worry, this won’t cost you extra.

In my experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement. When we get to the booking process, you'll see some details in your contract that go over this more in depth & protect us both in emergencies.
