Our team capture all your special moments, venue, decor, guests, and more. They use quality equipment and are always prepared for anything. Their services include: — Delivery on USB flash drive in Customized Box and Google Drive — Unlimited number of photos taken and color corrected — Photobook 6*6 (20 pages) or 10*10 (30pages) — Post-production video about 60 – 120 minutes with full ceremony, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, etc... — 4 – 12 min highlight video

Videography and Photography
The communication with IG PHOTO VIDEO INC. was adequate, they were on time, and seemed to have a good overall approach. However, the quality of their work and value did not fully meet our expectations. Looking back at our photos now, I notice we are missing some common pictures between families and relatives that I had specifically requested. Ivan, the owner, seemed a bit off at times and even appeared annoyed when we were trying to get all the families together for group shots during cocktail hour. Tatiana was great to work with though! But overall the photography service did not live up to what we had hoped for on our special day. We paid for, I believe, one of the highest services with video and photography and hiring 3 people. The video turned out great! But we are missing some common pictures between both families and even close ups of my husband and I. The pictures we do have turned out great too. I just didn’t appreciate Ivan’s attitude at times but I brushed it off since so much more was happening around me as the bride. I never write reviews but with how much we paid and tipped, I think this should be brought to people’s attentions before booking and to Ivan for the future. I understand photographers have to go through a lot and it’s a full day service but with the amount of money spent, no one should have an attitude or show annoyance when people are having fun and its hard to bring everyone together instantly.

I truly apologize if at any point I made you feel uncomfortable or if certain family photos you had requested were missed — that was never my intention. We always do our best to stay organized and follow the timeline, but weddings can be very dynamic, especially during cocktail hour when gathering large groups can sometimes be challenging. In such cases, we typically recommend capturing any missed groupings later during the reception to ensure no important memories are lost. I sincerely apologize if this process wasn’t communicated clearly enough in the moment. I also deeply regret if I came across as stressed or impatient. We had the absolute pleasure of working with IG PHOTO VIDEO for our special day, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled with true professionalism and care. Ivan, the manager, was incredibly organized and helpful throughout the whole process. He made booking simple and stress-free, and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell he really cares about making each wedding perfect. Our photographer, Tetyana, was amazing—so talented, patient, and full of creative ideas. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and captured every emotion so beautifully. When we needed extra coverage, Visata stepped in as a second photographer, and together they didn’t miss a single moment! On the video side, Paul, our main videographer, was fantastic. He blended into the background while still capturing all the big and little moments in a truly cinematic way. Andrii joined as a second videographer for part of the day, and the teamwork between them was seamless. The final photos and videos were everything we hoped for and more—emotional, elegant, and perfectly edited. We’ve gotten so many compliments from friends and family!
