I could not have asked for a better team to work with us on our wedding day than Ivory Grove! Our wedding was in the Chicago suburbs and we booked Ivory Grove’s 10 hour package with the documentary video add on. We had Layne and Alyson as our photographers and Levi and Luke as our videographers. We just got married at the end of May so our media is still being processed but I will try to add photos to this review when I can. Layne, Alyson, Levi and Luke were all wonderful! They seemed to work so well with each other and with us and made the whole day run smoothly. Everyone seemed so excited to be there and they really added to the excitement of the day! All 4 of them seemed really excited about the shots they were getting, we can’t wait to see them! Layne was pretty much with me and the girls all day and I’m so happy she was. :) She made the day really easy going and her enthusiasm really made us feel good and comfortable in front of the camera :) We’re so excited to see all her photos and from the little sneak peaks she gave us throughout the day we know they’re going to be gorgeous! She has such a creative eye! Her perspective and her energy really made the day special and I’m so grateful she was there :) From the beginning working with Layne was special. She really knows what she’s doing and was able to put together a phenomenal timeline for us to follow on wedding day. We would have been lost without her! Alyson spent a lot of time with my husband and his groomsmen. When I ask him how photos went for them he always says Alyson was awesome! She was super fun and really creative with her poses. She asked the groomsmen how willing they were to do different ideas and they all agreed that they’d want to go all out! Mike says that the ideas she came up with were so fun and kept the guys all laughing and having a great time. We can’t wait to see how the photos all turned out! Levi was with us for the whole day. She was so helpful in double checking our timeline and adjusting it so our second shooter/videographer’s time was maximized: we decided to have him come later so that the most important parts were captured. Before the ceremony when I noticed Levi's camera on me I kept asking what I should do. Levi told me to just relax with my girls and pretend she wasn't there. That helped me to stay in the moment with the little time I had with my bridesmaids before the craziness of the day :) When we got to our photo location Levi was great at coming up with ideas on how to pose us. Poses that were natural and comfortable for us but also creative with the way the camera or drone would fly in. We can’t wait to see how everything came out! Luke was our second videographer. We are so glad he was there on the wedding day. Luke seemed so genuinely excited about the shots that he was getting; that was infectious and got us extra excited to keep posing and taking as many photos and videos as possible. He knew exactly what to say to keep us smiling and comfortable posing in front of the camera. We are so grateful for the team that was with us on our wedding day. I would recommend Ivory Grove in a heartbeat!

Ivory Grove was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, the team was organized, punctual, and communicative, making the entire process seamless. Erica, our photographer, was phenomenal to work with - she was sweet, professional, and captured the day beautifully. Nic, our videographer, had such a welcoming presence and made everyone feel comfortable. The editing team did a great job putting the video together. The quality of Ivory Grove's work is amazing, with gorgeous editing that really brought our photos to life. We couldn't recommend them enough, and were so thankful to have them be a part of our special day. Ivory Grove is also incredibly affordable, making them an excellent value for the level of service and quality they provide.

We have a small, local team of photographers and videographers. We often get asked, "Who will be my photographer/videographer? Do I get to pick?" We are happy to show you portfolios of our individual team members! But also keep in mind that there are companies out there who book weddings and outsource to random photographers/videographers. THIS IS NOT US! All our team members go through our onboarding program/training and often start as second shooters for us. We will not send a photographer or videographer to your wedding whom we do not have 100% confidence in. We are real people!

Of course! We love to help with timelines. Your wedding timeline is as unique as you are. We know that trying to decide how much time you need for photography & videography can be tricky to calculate. Know that we are very flexible and if you need to change the number of hours as you get closer to your wedding day and your plans become more set, we are happy to help you adjust that. We can also build you a custom package to suit your individual needs. Send us a message, and we would love to share with you our sample timelines and best tips to make your day go smoothly!

Yes! We are happy to email proof of insurance to your venue upon request.

We have two options for the deposit. 1. 50% now and 50% due the week of the wedding 2. 15% now and the rest divided monthly until the wedding We are also happy to set up a payment plan that best supports your needs and budget.

It depends on your location. If your location does require an added travel expense, it will be clearly listed on your customized proposal. Also, please let us know if there is a specific place you want to take engagement photos. We will let you know if there is a travel fee for that location. Otherwise, we expect the engagement session to be taken within 25 miles of the nearest major city to your venue (St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield, Columbia or Chicago). We do not believe in hidden travel fees!

Our standard turnaround time is 30 days. Of course, this can vary a little during our busy season, but generally speaking, we have all media delivered within 30-60 days. The turnaround time on our engagement sessions is typically 2-3 weeks.
