We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kayla for both maternity and newborn photos— and we couldn’t be more grateful. At 39 weeks pregnant, I wasn’t feeling my most glamorous, but Kayla made me feel beautiful and comfortable throughout the entire shoot. She has such a calming, encouraging presence and a natural eye for capturing the sweetest, most genuine moments. They are photos I didn’t know I needed and they will be so special to look back on. When our son Charlie arrived, Kayla came back for his newborn session, and once again, she delivered the most stunning photos. She was so gentle and patient with him, taking her time to get the perfect shots while making sure he was cozy and content. The final photos truly took our breath away—timeless, heartfelt, and full of emotion. Kayla’s passion for photography shines through in every image. She captured moments we will cherish forever, and we’re so thankful to have these memories beautifully preserved. Kayla is truly something special behind the camera. From the moment we arrived at our session, she made us feel completely at ease — like we were just hanging out with a good friend. She captured our family’s love, laughter, and the little in-between moments that mean the most. Kayla did our family photos, and she was so great to work with. She was flexible with her time, and prompt with her communication. She joked that we'd have to kick her out when we were done, but this made the experience so great. Kayla had us use multiple locations and poses, but it was all so natural and just the guidance we needed. By the end of the session she felt like an old friend. If you want too feel comfortable, heard, and get great photos to boot, book with Kayla!
