About Megan Rourk Photography

Megan Rourk

Atlanta based, Canadian raised, open to travel where love takes me. I studied Media Entrepreneurship at Georgia State (go ‘thers!) and spent most of my time studying, shooting and daydreaming about fine art photography. I'm passionate about creating images that make people feel something, and I’d be honored to do that for whatever special moment you're celebrating. When I'm not making pictures, you can find me hunting for jazz records and vintage cameras, iced matcha in hand. I love to nerd out about sci-fi novels, PC games, anime and k-dramas!

My style is a mix of photojournalism and editorial portraiture, focused on real emotion, honest connection, and just enough guidance to keep things natural and effortless. I know being in front of the camera can be scary. I feel that way too, so my goal is to make the process easy and comfortable so you can truly enjoy the celebration.
