I’m Sarah, wedding + elopement photographer documenting true and heartfelt moments wherever your little heart desires. My husband, Ryan is my adventure-loving second photographer and ordained officiant (yep, he’ll marry you!). We are city-dwelling nature lovers who strongly believe in having a good time. We call Pennsylvania home but travel all over to photograph couples in love. When not behind the camera or working on the computer, we enjoy cocktails, coffee, cats, and hiking with our toddler, Brooklyn.

We aren't your traditional wedding photographers. Yes, of course we always capture those formal family photos, but the vast majority of your wedding photos will tell the story of your day. None of this “laugh on the count of 3” stuff over here. Instead, our approach involves creating a comforting environment that allows for flattering authenticity. We create a series of heartfelt photos that tell a story; the happy tear rolling down your face to the belly laughs shared with the people who matter most. Your true moments are artfully documented so the memories can be revisited.

It was so easy to work with Sarah! It's clear she has a well-practiced process that works for her, so we just followed her lead and everything for our big day fell into place. She was always friendly, direct, and gave her honest opinions, which we loved and needed. I never had to question that she knew what she was doing and would do it well. We really enjoyed our engagement session with Sarah! Once we got those photos, it was a huge relief. I knew, without a doubt, I would have incredible wedding photos, because she made an awkward couple roaming around a plant store look unreal. On the day of the wedding, she ran a tight ship, kept to her timeline, and knew exactly what to do. At times it felt like she wasn't even there but now we have the photos to prove she was, and they're all perfect. She struck a good balance between having us pose and doing small photo sessions while also respecting time to enjoy the day and mingle with guests. All of our guests commented on how streamlined taking family photos was because of Sarah and how good of a job she was doing. She also gave us reassurance while taking photos that they were turning out well, which I appreciated. Once we received the photos we were obsessed. I probably spent hours combing through them, sending some to friends and family, ordering prints, and making photo books. The photos are the main "souvenirs" if you will of your wedding day, so I'm extremely grateful that they captured the spirit and beauty of our day.

Sarah was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process and her experience and confidence were evident in the work she produced. Sarah is so fun to work with, she is quick, offers great direction, and makes sure you get the photos you want AND gets you back to the party. The BIGGEST flex though is the fact that I got married on May 25 and I had sneak preview pictures sent to me by May 28 and the first batch available in an online gallery on June 4! The photos are beautiful, she really captured the drama of our venue and the vibrant colors we chose for flowers and decor!
