About Wild Wood Photo and Film

Owner

We specialize in adventurous elopements, intimate weddings, and engagements. This is more than just a job to us, we truly love what we do. We are based out of north Georgia, but we LOVE to travel wherever your heart desires. If you want to know where to find us when we're not working- Jase is probably working on a dirt bike, boat, or whatever toy he's obsessed with for the week. As for me, I'm definitely at the thrift store.

We have put our all into doing this forever because we are just so dang passionate about making your day special. This job has become so much more than a job to us and taken us on so many incredible adventures. So much so that we even became ordained to marry our couples. We also offer 35mm and super 8 film. Something else that I love doing for my elopements, is creating florals straight from my cut flower garden at home. Weddings bring us so much joy and we can not wait to share that joy with you.

    Coming from the Florida Keys, I travel to Georgia just to have my photos done by her, and it’s always worth it! I’ve used her three times now, including for our wedding elopement, where she really helped us just roll with the punches and improvise when my plans failed. She’s incredibly laid back, easy to vibe with, and makes every session feel effortless. Her work speaks for itself, and I’ll definitely be booking her again!

    Paxton is great to work with from beginning to end. I have used her for college grad pics, engagement pics, and my wedding. Communication is always great. Locations she uses are great. She is great to work with and makes you feel comfortable behind the camera. Picture outcomes are beautiful. There is nobody better or more personable than Paxton for all your picture needs!
