A cinematic eye. --- A bleeding heart. --- An inclusive spirit. --- I've picked up a camera just about every day since I fell in love with photography in 2013. Though every shoot holds something unique, it takes a lot to catch me off guard after a decade in business. I pride myself on my ability to quickly connect with my clients, making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident that they look great. Being a helpful and calming presence in the midst of your wedding is second nature to me. Basically, I try to treat people how I want to be treated: with fairness and understanding!
INCLUSIVE: I love getting to experience a huge variety of unique cultures up close. On the technical side, I am proud of my ability to capture the radiance of Black skin tones and help interracial couples look their best together. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I love love! EMPATHIC: To get those shots where a person's feelings are written across their face requires a real connection. ENGAGING: I have a genuine interest in people! Building friends as I go helps me become part of the event. COLLABORATIVE: I've got my go-tos, but I'm ready to hear your ideas! We can create something together we never could have without each other.

Zach Caddy Photography was the perfect choice for our wedding photography. From our first interaction, Zach and was incredibly timely, thoughtful, and easygoing - they made the whole process feel effortless. Their moody, classic documentary style captured all the special moments of our big day in a beautiful way. With over 300 guests and a 24-person wedding party, Zach and his team navigated the crowd seamlessly, keeping things fun and inclusive throughout. Incredible Photography
Zach is an incredible artist and I am so glad we hired him as our photographer for both engagement and wedding photos. I am not very comfortable being photographed, and was wary of ending up with a lot of awkward smiles, but Zach is a kind, funny person who will help you open up, laugh and let your natural smile out. His interests beyond the camera—music, film, etc.—have influenced his style, capturing the feeling of incredible moments with a cinematic quality. His photos captured the cozy and moody, yet crisp and bright November day of our wedding perfectly, and I know I will enjoy looking at them, and finding new favorites for years to come. We highly recommend Zach, and would certainly hire him again!
Zach, the King of Candids
Zach is a talented and creative photographer, with the most calming but also can do attitude. I appreciated that Zach communicated openly about his approach and also took the time to understand our vision. My only regret is not booking him for even more hours! Zach also did our engagement shoot a few weeks before the wedding and kindly turned around our photos in a matter of days so I could post before our big day. (What a doll!) We are still receiving compliments everyday from friends and family and coworkers regarding the wedding photos. We are beyond grateful for this beautiful capture of our memories and we owe it all to Zach.
