With over 20 yrs of event experience, We are a boutique special event planning and design company. Born in a Pre-Covid 2020, we are looking to help fun, amazing couples navigate the challenging waters of wedding planning.

We have a lot of experience in multiple sectors of the wedding industry. We require all of our coordinators to have their food handler's permit and bartending license (in case of a disaster ;) ) We are a licensed, insured business with many connections in the Seattle Wedding Vendor Community. If a last minute no show happens, we can most often find a dependable vendor for you promptly. We love Social Media. We are most active on IG & TikTok. We love featuring your day by filming TikToks throughout your event. We are female and Veteran Owned. We truly go above and beyond for our clients.

Hiring Rhiannon for wedding coordination was the best thing we did for our wedding. Our wedding day was perfect and we didn't have to worry about anything because we knew we could trust her and John to take care of the event. They helped make our dream wedding a reality and I had fun with Rhiannon in our zoom calls! Even though she was just doing her job, we always felt she was going above and beyond for us.

When we started planning our wedding, we weren't sure we wanted a wedding coordinator. After meeting Rhiannon and John, we were convinced it was the way to go, and they were the perfect choice. They literally saved the day! We were so lucky to have them and they were worth so much more than we could've anticipated. They took our vision and plans, helped us refine them, and executed them to perfection. They were absolutely one of our favorite vendors. Truly above and beyond.

Rhiannon and John were amazing. We hired them for day of services and they helped us have an incredible day. Several pre-planning meetings made sure we had a clear schedule that was easy to share with our wedding party. There was also a last minute rain change that they were able to handle so wonderfully. Made everything go so smoothly and absolutely saved the day. Would 100% recommend

As we went through planning, I questioned if this was worth the investment - This was the best decision and worth every dollar. With 21 years of experience, Rhiannon Owen, basically grew up in the Seattle Wedding Industry. We have managed, executed and designed more than 1000 weddings. I started dreaming about wedding planning when I was in High School, and once I graduated, it became clear that I was destined for it. From "Pinterest" idea boards to your first dance as newlyweds, 413 Events staff will help craft each moment to reflect you and your unique love. Our company is best known for bold, vivid colors and mixing prints within a color palette. We love to help you push the limit of our combined creativity.

Rhiannon Owen is the creative behind the 413 Events brand. She has extensive wedding industry experience in Sound Engineering as a 18 year DJ, 11 years of Event Coordination/Event Planning, Event Bartending, and Catering. Joined by her husband, John Owen, you will always have at the VERY least 2 coordinators on-site, at any given time. John is a two tour, US Army Combat Veteran, specialized in Logistics. There isn't much the man can't do or help to make happen. We are beginning our coordination staffing expansion in 2024.

Yes, we do. We love Proposals/ Engagement Parties, Doggo Birthdays, Baby Showers, Quinceañeras, Birthdays, Anniversaries and even Celebrations of Life. We specialize in all the events throughout your life.

We do 1 Wedding per day and typically, no more than 2-3 weddings per week.

This depends completely on the package that you purchase. The larger the package, the more in depth our work with you is. We typically assess your budget, needs and concerns before recommending a package. Most of our budget couples opt for an a la carte, and our average budget clients prefer a fuller, more encompassing package. We are almost always able to tailor a package to your needs or wishes, no matter the budget.
