At A Vision & A Vow LLC, I’m Railen, based in Grapevine, TX, and traveling throughout Texas to serve couples. With an MBA and BBA in Management and a passion for creating stress-free, personalized weddings, I offer affordable, customizable packages. My mission is to serve couples with the love and humility Jesus modeled, honoring marriage as a sacred union between one man and one woman. While my faith guides my work, I welcome all couples seeking a planner with heart, integrity, and care. I’d be honored to help bring your dream wedding to life!

Includes 10 hours of day-of coordination with an assistant, wedding kit, RSVP tracking, setup/breakdown, venue visits, and website help. With 3 monthly meetings and rehearsal coordination, we ensure your day is seamless and unforgettable.	Violet Visions offers partial planning with 10 hours of day-of coordination, a coordination assistant, and access to our wedding kit. We manage your website, vendors, and timeline, plus offer design tips and checklist tracking. Includes 2 monthly meetings, rehearsal coordination, setup/breakdown, contract reviews, and logistics support for a smooth, stress-free wedding day.	Periwinkle Promise is for couples who’ve planned it all but need expert day-of coordination. We handle vendor management, setup, timeline execution, and guest support, plus provide access to our emergency wedding kit. Includes two key meetings—one at the start of your wedding month and one the week before—to finalize every detail and ensure your day runs smoothly.

I typically work alongside my husband, who is my trusted partner on wedding days. For larger weddings (usually 200 guests or more), I bring in additional contracted assistants to ensure everything runs smoothly. No matter the size of your wedding, you’ll always have dedicated support from me every step of the way!

I’ve planned 3 weddings so far and currently have 10 more in progress—ranging from intimate celebrations to larger weddings with over 200 guests. Each one has had its own style and budget, and I love customizing the experience to match each couple’s vision. I also planned my own 200+ guest wedding while my husband was deployed, incorporating meaningful Filipino traditions, so cultural and faith-based weddings are close to my heart.

It depends on the package you choose! For day-of, month-of, or à la carte services, we’ll typically start connecting about 1–2 months before your wedding. For partial and full-service planning, we’ll meet 2–3 times per month leading up to your big day to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed.

I never take on more than one wedding in a day to ensure each couple gets my full attention. While I have taken multiple weddings in a single weekend before, I try not to do it often in order to avoid burnout and give each event the care and focus it deserves.

We proudly offer a 10% discount to first responders and military members as a thank you for your service and dedication.

Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to help make your wedding planning more manageable: A 6-month payment plan with an 8% financing fee A 3-month payment plan with a 5% financing fee If these options don’t fit your budget, please let me know! I’m happy to work with you to create a payment arrangement that accommodates your needs as much as possible.
