April and her team were incredible to work with. April herself was amazing with all the pre-wedding coordination. Her timeline got compliments from all our other vendors! She was so detailed, timely, and also fun to work with. Nichole was our day-of coordinator and we could not ask for better! We had a lot of issues with other vendors and Nichole went above and beyond to figure things out with the least amount of stress for me. I can not recommend them enough!! They truly saved my wedding day!

April was FANTASTIC!! I was unsure whether or not I wanted a coordinator- I had a hard time “giving up” control of my big day. When I first spoke with April- I knew that she was THE ONE! Kind, patient, understanding, and also a little bit of a perfectionist. ;) I hired April as “Day of Coordinator” only. April took everything I gave her on my wedding day and ran with it. She took my planning binder and I said “Good Luck!” She made it all happen! She quickly and effortlessly made my dream wedding perfect. She helped with decor, setting up, getting my dress on, helping me use the bathroom, putting my shoes on… anything you could think of!! And the professionalism and kindness was next level! A few days/weeks later, my bridesmaids told me about little fires that April put out that I had no idea about- problems with the DJ, the groomsmen trying to get drunk before walking down the aisle (April stopped them), and our Happily Ever After sign that kept falling. She handled all of this without me even knowing! The best decision I made (besides who to marry) on the day of my wedding was hiring April!! You won’t regret it!!

April is truly excellent and is a lifesaver on the wedding day. She gets to know her clients so well, she can run the wedding day on their behalf every time. She is very skilled with time management, design, communication, and keeping a level head when things get crazy. She would be a huge asset to anyone who wishes to hire her! You will be in very good hands.

My packages don’t have set hours for them, it’s based off of what your needs are.

April is the main coordinator and owner of the business. She is the one that you will have the most contact with and she is the one that you’ll do your meetings, phone calls and consultation with. 85% of the weddings April is the lead coordinator, however April has an amazing team mostly compromised of former brides of hers that take over the lead position the day-of to make your day go smoothly. April always introduces you to the lead coordinator, who is copied on all information, at the final details meeting and is still fully available to answer questions up until the day of your event.

This completely depends on the couples and what they feel comfortable with. I take my communication cues from you. Some couples will message me with questions like “What are your thoughts on…”, “Have your ever seen _____ done?”, “When should we do _____?”, or even just to vent to an un-biased 3rd party; and I am completely good with that. Some couples are good and just want to check in periodically, and that’s fine too. The MINIMUM amount of time that you’ll spend with me PRE-wedding is 3 hours.
