    I hired her for a day of coordinator, which includes 3 pre-event meetings. I used only 2 of the pre-meetings. No big deal. She did not show up for the rehearsal or wedding ceremony. When she didn’t show for the rehearsal, I text her and she assured me she would be there on-site by 11am to help decorate and get everything set up. She showed up at 1:30 for a few minutes and left until after the ceremony was over. She ruined my day for me. I stayed stressed out the whole night. I had to take time out of my receptiin to pay vendors and run errands that she should have been responsible for. My florist said she said she was quitting the planning business, and after getting the “single struggling mom” story from her, I decided not to pursue getting a refund but I’ve recently learned that is not the case. Don’t let her ruin your day.
