Busy Bee was started 4 years ago by our founder, Anna Davis. With a passion for planning and organization skills, Anna wanted a job that she could do on her own terms while still having time to be a mother. We have grown quite a bit recently and have added new coordinators to the team, but Anna still works at most of our clients weddings!

We have the passion and vision to create a beautiful event for you. To many planners, this is just another job, but for us it's a dream come true! We pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and having a personal connection with each of our clients.

Busy Bee Weddings was hands down the best decision we could have made for our wedding! Anna is seriously the sweetest, most organized person and truly poured her heart into our special day! She helped us dream of our day and made it a reality. Our day was seamless and went off without a hitch, all because of Anna!! She is truly a brides dream, she took care of me all day long and kept the day completely stress free. I couldn’t recommend Anna enough, I absolutely adore her!

Busy Bee Wedding Planning was an incredible partner for our wedding day. From the beginning, their communication was efficient, excellent, flexible, and reliable. Anna, our dedicated planner, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was accounted for - driving multiple times from Dallas to Houston for vendor meetings, always available via text or virtual phone calls, and implementing the wedding day timeline flawlessly. The quality of their work was truly incredible and detail-oriented, transforming our reception space into a beautiful, personalized setting that impressed all of our vendors and guests. All of our guests continue to talk about how beautiful our wedding was. Anna's professionalism and warm personality made her a joy to work with, and we are so grateful for her role in making our special day perfect. The venue and its vendors all communicated that she is absolutely one of the best wedding planners that they have had the pleasure of working with.

Her professionalism, wit, and ability to really roll with the punches made our wedding day as seamless as a wedding could get. From really pushing to make my outdoor dreams come to fruition, setting up my very elaborate table for desserts, guest book, gifts, etc. she nailed it. I am unbelievably floored with how much behind the scenes work she did. Thank god for Anna!

I cannot stress enough how much Anna helped us out! She made everything so seamless and made everything perfect for our big day (even brought us drinks right after the ceremony)! She took care of everything for us, even decorated my whole venue and it turned out so beautiful. She handled everything for me and every question we had she had a solution. I’m a very type A person so it’s hard for me to just hand things off but with Anna it was so easy, I knew she knew my vision and I trusted her to execute it and she went above and beyond! Even went and got last minute batteries for our bubble machine! I don’t think I ever could’ve got through it without her. I will be recommending her to everyone I know getting married!
