IN 2016 2 friends of mine trusted me with their wedding. This experience fueled my growth, and I continued to coordinate and plan weddings under Weddings by Devin in the Richmond area through 2019. In 2020 I paused my wedding and event career, moving out of state for a new career opportunity. 4 YEARS LATER I moved back to Virginia, left my job of 8+ years in the corp world & ran towards my true passion of event and wedding planning. I’m the definition of Type A, organized & detail oriented. I thrive on helping clients navigate the often-overwhelming process of event planning to ensure their vision comes to life in a warm and intentional way.

We love Devin!
When we look back on our wedding, we genuinely feel like it was one of the most fun days of our lives... and Devin made that possible. Planning a wedding inevitably comes with stress and miscommunication... But the closer we got to our wedding day, the more I felt like she had everything under control. I felt so much more present because of how Devin would seamlessly take projects and problems off of my plate. She was organized, incredible at communicating with everyone involved, and knew how to look out for us. We had never planned a wedding before (hah) but Devin had so much experience that she was fixing hiccups before they happened. It's also worth noting that Devin did all of this calmly and kindly. She was on her A Game... but neither of us, nor anyone in our wedding party, ever felt bossed around or tense in her presence. In a nutshell: she helped everyone feel more at ease and like our best selves. Couldn't recommend her enough!
Compassionate Support
Devin was a huge help 7 years ago when my husband and I got married. We opted to have a very simple wedding and handle things like the dj on our own. She was supportive and provided the confidence we needed to make a plan. On the day I was so glad to have her to coordinate the moving pieces so I could savor the time with my friends and family.
Most essential being to our wedding
Literally could not have had our wedding without Devin! She handled EVERYTHING. From decor, to timeline, to corralling guests! She was the most essential being to our day, and took care of things day of that I didn’t even hear about until years after to make it the most seamless, amazing day! Blessed not only to have had her there for the day of, but also to have become such good good friends! You couldn’t ask for a better person to partner with for your day of coordination!
