Already under a year to go? Partial Planning packages are customizable from 3 to 12 months out and are a perfect blend of DIY-planning with the guiding hand of a professional when you need it! You'll have access to 2-hour virtual sessions with your planner every month to cover any and all questions you might have about your planning process, to-do lists, seating chart woes, etc. - nothing is off the table.

Our day-of coordination service ensures your wedding day runs smoothly and seamlessly. From managing the timeline to coordinating with vendors, we handle all the details so you can enjoy every moment without stress. Our experienced coordinators will be there to oversee setup, guide the flow of events, and resolve any issues that may arise, allowing you and your guests to focus on celebrating.

    We truly could not have dreamed up a better coordinator than Coral for our June '25 wedding in Hood River. From our very first conversation, it was clear that she brings a rare combination of experience, organization, creativity, and warmth to her work — and we felt incredibly lucky to have her on our team. Coral knows everything there is to know about planning a wedding — from vendor recommendations and venue logistics to tiny details we never would have thought of, like offering bug spray & sunscreen for our summer wedding day. She kept us ahead of schedule, made sure nothing fell through the cracks, and helped us stay grounded throughout the entire process! Coral has a clear, thoughtful process: she took time to get to know us and our vision, did an initial site walkthrough, then coordinated walkthroughs with each of our vendors, shared updated timelines to keep everyone aligned, and coordinated a smooth rehearsal. The documents and checklists she provided — detailed and versioned timelines, a site plan, contract reviews, and periodic checklists — were incredibly helpful and reassuring. Every vendor we talked with said they enjoyed working with Coral so much, commenting on her professionalism, organization, and kindness, including our officiant who was a close family member! What made the experience exceptional was how collaborative and creative she is. Coral was an amazing brainstorming partner — she helped us think through things like site plan options, flow of the event, timing, table layouts, and even colors and design elements. We always felt like we were in great hands and had a true partner. On the day of the wedding, Coral absolutely crushed it. Everything ran smoothly, every detail was handled, and we were able to be completely hands-off and just enjoy the day! To us, everything went perfectly, and if there were any hiccups throughout the day, we had no idea because Coral had everything handled. She went above and beyond at every turn, and her communication was always timely, clear, and kind. We can’t sing Coral's praises enough — she is a total pro and a dream to work with. If you have the chance to work with her, DO IT!!

    CGHP Events made the planning process effortless for us as venue hosts. She is incredibly organized and professional, while at the same time being approachable, friendly and down-to-earth. She ensured that all vendors respected and worked within our guidelines, and when we surveyed the property the next morning, it honestly looked as though an event had never happened. Most importantly, she helped the couple bring their wedding vision to reality, and allowed them to be fully present and at ease on their big day. We highly recommend Coral to anyone planning an event in the Gorge, and we look forward to working with her again and again!
