From your rehearsal dinner to your last dance, we will make sure each element of your wedding weekend exceeds your expectations.

After her own wedding, owner Claudia was inspired to give other soon-to-be-weds the same personalized assistance that her coordinator gave her. With her problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail, she will be ready to organize each element of your celebration. She is happy to travel to venues throughout Orange County and can organize events of various sizes.

    We hired Claudia as a day of planner. She was super responsive and attentive since they day we hired her. She gave us many recommendations for vendors we ended up using and were super happy with. Many of our vendors let me know that Claudia was in communication with them and they were all aware of the timeline Claudia prepared. On wedding day, we barely saw Claudia (which I assume means she was busy doing her job) but her assistant was there when we needed her and super helpful- I liked her a lot.

    Claudia made our wedding on April 5th, 2025 at Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente absolutely perfect! From start to finish, she made the whole planning process so smooth and stress-free. She totally got our vision and made sure every detail was handled perfectly on the day of the wedding. She made our welcome mirror sign, let us borrow bud vases that we used on our sweet heart and welcome table, and truly brought our vision to life. She gave me great vendor recommendations that I ended up using and had a great experience with. On the day of, everything ran like clockwork — all thanks to Claudia. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing and got to just enjoy the moment. She’s super organized, calm, and genuinely cares about making your day special.     Claudia and her team made our wedding day at Casino San Clemente on 3/23/25 a dream come true. From the very beginning she was so friendly and always readily available to answer my questions via email and text even though I only booked her as day-of coordinator. She made me feel like I was planning my wedding with a good friend. She never made me feel like a Type A bride even though I probably was, because she was always so calm. She gave so many good advice throughout the process and it just shows how much experience she has in this industry. She's also super organized which helped the planning process run extra smoothly. She offered to rent me a full-sized mirror and make vinyls with our initials on it for my wedding. She even offered to make individual reserved seating signs for my ceremony since I only had reserved row signs, which caught me off guard because she truly did not have to. If you work with her, just know that she will be 100% dedicated to helping you and be a joy to work with in the process. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about anything other than enjoying the day with my husband and our loved ones. Claudia took care of everything with grace. I'm so grateful we picked her as our coordinator, it was likely the best decision we've made with regards with our vendors. We highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to help your dream wedding come true!

    Claudia was an outstanding coordinator! She anticipated our needs, provided extra support when necessary, and went above and beyond for key aspects of our wedding, such as setting up our tea ceremony and stepping in as a table decorator. She was highly responsive, easy to reach, and very flexible with both emails and text messages.
