Nice to meet you! My name is Mia, and I'm so glad you're here. After completing law school and spending several years at a large firm, I found myself craving a more creative career—one that blended my experience in deal coordination and research with my type-A personality (I thrive on a well-organized spreadsheet), my passion for creating beautiful events, my love for collaboration, and my deep desire to bring joy to others. As a former attorney, I coordinated closing multi-million dollar deals, requiring extreme attention to detail. This prepared me to manage budgets, build and follow schedules, and develop a smooth process from start to finish. My experience managing experts from different specialties and countries taught me how to efficiently communicate with diverse wedding vendors and foster collaborative, lasting relationships. I am also well-versed in the art of client service and excel in understanding and anticipating your needs. I maintain an open communication channel throughout the planning process and prioritizing proactive problem-solving.

Perfect!
Mia was incredible! She thought of absolutely everything, and was on top of things before we even knew about them. She was meticulously prepared, and a joy to work with. She managed all the personalities very well, and made sure everything ran smoothly all weekend. I can’t recommend her highly enough! Mia is very meticulous and her ability to organize our tasks, timeline, and vendors was invaluable. She coordinated everything with the vendors, and led every meeting with ease. Having her as a resource to organize logistics in the weeks leading up to the wedding made things so much easier.

We feel so lucky that we got to work with Mia for our wedding. I am quite Type A and like things in a particular way and Mia had zero problems meeting and surpassing all of our expectations! While we had done some of the initial vendor booking, Mia helped us research and book all the straggling vendors that we had put off. She also handled all the communication with all our vendors as soon as we brought her on. She was extremely communicative and responsive, which was very important to me - I always felt like things were in good hands and that things were being taken care of. We had a few unique cultural and religious traditions at the wedding and Mia was able to pick up on and handle all of those items as well. She brought such relief in the lead up to the wedding, and the day itself ran without a hitch. No one asked us any questions and Mia made the timeline come to life. I would recommend Mia to anyone getting married. She really was just so great to work with!
Highly recomment
Our wedding would not have been as great had we not had Mia helping us with the timeline of the event. We got married in Cartagena Colombia and our Colombian wedding planner failed to properly plan our wedding. With a number of vendors asking us a week before the wedding for specifics, Mia came through. Mia met with us and helped us plan our wedding day minute by minute. The timeline she gave us was so detailed that everything went smoothly without having a planner present. The vendors in Colombia were impressed with the amount of detail they were given in the timeline. Mia also guided us and offered us her advise on the amount of time we should leave for pictures, listing the names and number of people we’d take pictures with, etc. the timeline was so organized that we had no stress on our wedding day. I truly think that she saved us from complete chaos on our special day. Everything turned out so great and it was a memorable event.
Constellation Events is Amazing
I couldn't recommend Constellation Events (Mia) any more. She made sure our wedding went smoothly and did a great job and was incredibly pleasant to deal with the entire time, despite being super pregnant at the time! You won't find anyone better.
