Whether you’re a do-it-yourself bride and just need a source for beautiful decor, or you need access to our experienced designer and full-service decorator, you’ll love our one-on-one approach, guiding you through the process and tailoring everything to your individual budget and style.

    I cannot recommend Billy Rae Silva and her team enough! From start to finish, Billy brought an incredible level of professionalism, calmness, and organization that made our wedding day run seamlessly. She handled every detail with care and ensured that everyone—from the wedding party to our vendors—was exactly where they needed to be and on time. Even though we hired Billy for day-of coordination, she was helpful throughout the entire process, offering guidance and support that made a huge difference in our planning. Her time management skills and ability to calmly handle the behind-the-scenes chaos allowed us to fully enjoy our day without stress. Billy and her team are true professionals, and I’m so grateful for the part they played in making our wedding so memorable.     BILLY IS THE WEDDING PLANNER OF EVERY BRIDE’S DREAM. Period. If you’re lucky enough to have Billy and her team on your wedding day, congratulations—your entire life just got exponentially better. Billy didn’t just help bring our wedding vision to life—she delivered it like a seasoned magician with a clipboard and impeccable taste. We had a very specific (and let’s be honest, very particular) vision, and somehow she executed it without ever having to ask a million questions. It’s like she could read our minds—but with better logistics. She was ALWAYS available, ALWAYS calm, and somehow ALWAYS two steps ahead. A walking, talking deep breath of fresh air. Even with our huge group (and all the chaos that comes with it), she handled everything with such poise and grace, making sure everyone was where they needed to be—from the rehearsal to the very last dance. There was not a single moment we felt stressed or unsure—because we knew Billy had it handled. She’s the kind of planner who makes it look easy (even though we know it’s not), and the kind of person you wish you could have at every major life event. Billy, thank you for making our day so seamless, so joyful, and so us. You are a rockstar, a saint, and a certified wedding sorceress. We’re forever grateful.

    I cannot recommend Billy and DaSilva’s Event Design highly enough. Billy and her talented team combine professionalism, creativity and genuine care to deliver a wedding experience that exceeds all expectations. They were always just a call, text or email away, helpfully answering every question with positivity. Their ability to coordinate every piece of the puzzle — all of the vendors, décor setup and takedown, developing and managing the timeline — led to a seamless and stress-free experience. Billy’s calm demeanor and problem-solving skills were invaluable, especially when it was discovered that the Bride had bird poop running down the side of her dress just before walking down the aisle, a souvenir from the first look. Billy and her team got the stain out quickly and it’s now just a funny memory. Guests raved about how beautiful and carefully orchestrated everything was and we were able to actually enjoy the festivities, not worried about the details. These talented professionals are genuinely kind and passionate about creating unforgettable moments. Hire them; you won’t regret it.
