    Hiring Julie as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the moment she stepped in, she brought such a calm, organized, and reassuring presence that helped make our day run flawlessly. She handled every detail with so much care and professionalism, from coordinating with vendors to making sure everything stayed on schedule all while making sure my husband and I could truly enjoy our day without stress. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but also so kind, attentive, and thoughtful.     So glad to have found Julie to help with our day of set up and tear down. She and her team were amazing. We met a few weeks beforehand and knew she’d be a great fit. We communicated our vision and Julie took away any of our stress or worry about the day of details. Delivery of our extra decor post event was an extra bonus. We didn’t have to coordinate who was taking what home afterward. We could just enjoy the evening and visit with guests as long as we wanted. Julie was professional and experienced. She worked seamlessly with our vendors and venue staff. I initially had a hard time with the idea of giving up what I would usually be doing…the details and extra decorating stuff. But, I am so glad we handed our day of details off to Julie. She did an amazing job and was worth every penny! So happy we chose Dusty Rose.

    I went back and forth if I was going to hire any coordinating help and so happy I found Julie! We started working together about 6 weeks out and she completely changed my bridal experience for the better! I had the very best wedding day and really could not have done it without her help! As a bonus amazing video & pictures were also captured. From start to finish, their communication was fast, responsive, and reliable, with open and transparent updates throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they were incredibly detailed, efficient, and always maintained a positive and upbeat attitude. On the day of the wedding, they made sure all of our vendors and guests knew exactly where they needed to be, and kept the entire event flowing seamlessly. We absolutely loved working with Julie, the owner, who made our wedding day experience everything we could have dreamed of.
