    I highly recommend Eileen Smith Events (ESE) to guide you through the process of hosting your event. We used ESE for a wedding weekend which required selecting many vendors. Her prior experience was invaluable as we did not worry about making bad choices – recognizing it is hard to make those choices when you do it only once! Eileen executes your vision, resulting in a personalized experience. She will host as many planning meetings as you need and her “day of” execution allows you to sit back and enjoy the event.

    Eileen was amazing as our wedding planner / month-of coordinator. Both my husband and I were SO glad we hired her. Eileen helped us make so many decisions during the planning process that led to an extremely smooth wedding day - from where the bar was located to how we processed down the aisle, from whether to do cake or a dessert bar, to when champagne was poured - she really nailed it. She also worked with all of our vendors to coordinate setup and was onsite to help make sure everything was set up correctly & as planned. Everyone jokes that something *always* goes wrong on your wedding day, no matter how much you plan, but really we had nothing go wrong thanks to Eileen! She made our day stress-free! It's also important to call out that our venue wedding coordinator quit a couple of weeks before our wedding, and Eileen stepped up and swooped in to make sure our new point of contact at the venue was fully up-to-speed. Thank god for Eileen! I highly recommend her. And if you're on the fence about needing a wedding coordinator -- just take the leap! SO SO worth it.

    I am a wedding videographer and have worked with Eileen Smith Events for many weddings and it is always an absolute pleasure. Eileen has great communication skills, very professional, and makes sure everything is planned and ready before the day of the event.     Eileen was fantastic to work with! She was filled with ideas and was able to translate our vision into real life, while taking what we had DIY so far and transform it into our wedding of our dreams. She has a great energy and work ethics and basically made us feel calm and in control, and helped us stay close to our budget! We highly recommend her!
