Once vendors are booked, we step in to manage logistics, build your timeline, and ensure flawless day-of execution so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

Designed for couples planning from afar, this service offers virtual planning support through our easy-to-use portal. We guide you through key decisions and logistics remotely, with two in-person meetings included. We take over vendor coordination, create your timeline, and manage your rehearsal and wedding day to ensure a seamless, unforgettable celebration.

Ideal for hands-on couples, this service begins 3 months out. We start with a venue walkthrough to finalize layouts and build a detailed timeline. Then, we take over vendor communication and logistics, ensuring everything is aligned. On event day, we manage setup, flow, and any hiccups so you can be fully present and stress-free.
