Our BFFs Our Wedding Day (WE LOVE Evviva)
10000 out of 5 stars. I wanted to take time on this review to make it as RAVING as I possibly could! However, no words could do justice to the love and gratefulness we feel toward Kat and her team at Evviva. The first thing I say to anyone who is getting married in this area is to HIRE EVVIVA. That is the first thing they should do. We cannot say enough amazing things about Evviva Studio and their phenomenal team. From the very first conversation, we knew we were in the best hands with Kat, the owner and creator. She is the sweetest person and is a true visionary with a calming presence, deep expertise, and a heart of GOLD. Kat made the entire planning process feel fun, personal, and seamless—she truly cares about every couple she works with, and it shows in everything she does!! From the check-in meetings to the organized itinerary for ourselves and for our family and friends, they covered EVERYTHING. They contacted and managed every single vendor for us and made sure all bases were covered. They offered items that we might need on the day and worked tirelessly to make sure that they were doing everything they could to support us; especially in the overwhelming moments of wedding planning. On our wedding day, we were lucky enough to be supported by Courtney and Meg, who were nothing short of extraordinary. They anticipated our every need, handled every little detail with total grace and professionalism, and still managed to make us feel celebrated and special at every turn. They went above and beyond in every possible way—we felt like royalty AND completely at home. Poor Meg was a saint and helped to tape up my feet when the wedding shoes started hurting. They all supported us in ANY need or issue we may have had. Thanks to Evviva, our day flowed effortlessly, and we were able to be fully present with each other and our guests. We will forever be grateful to this team for helping us bring our vision to life with so much care, talent, and heart. If you’re lucky enough to work with them—do it. We’ll be recommending them to everyone we know!
A must hire!!!
I reached out to Kat for help with the design aspect of our wedding. She put together an incredible design deck and handled all of our decor, rentals, stationary, signage, etc. To say that it was a weight off our shoulders is an understatement. We were very on the fence about a day of coordinator because our venue provided one but after working with Kat on the design we knew it was something we wouldnt regret. Kat and her team made our wedding a dream come true and took care of every single detail so that we didnt stress about anything. They go above and beyond to ensure that things run smoothly and that you are always taken care of. I truly cannot imagine our wedding without them! Her team is a must hire - you will be so much better off with them!!

It's hard to put into words how incredible Kat and her team were. I truly cannot recommend them enough - our day would have not been nearly the same without them. While Kat was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding helping me piece together the day of timeline and all of the logistics, her and her team really shined the day of the wedding. From the second they arrived in the morning until the second they left at night, every single detail was thought of and taken care of. Kat and her team were the #1 reason the day moved so smoothly as it did - from running around the hotel to grab things that we were forgetting while getting ready / taking pictures, to steaming our dresses, to helping us pivot to indoor photos because of the weather, to getting a stain out of my dress that she saw before I did, to keeping us on schedule, to having a team member at the venue making sure everything was setup properly, they are really just incredible professionals / so great at their job, but more than that, they're just such kind women. I was 100x less stressed that day because of them. If you're on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, DO IT, and use Evviva! I will truly sing their praises for the rest of my life.
A dream wedding made reality
Nothing short of spectacular! Evviva made my daughter's wedding magical. From our first consultation, Kat demonstrated an extraordinary ability to listen, understand and translate our vision into a detail plan of action. She even thought of so many details that we didn't think of. Her team's execution was flawless. Kat saved the day by bustling my daughter wedding train (I couldn't figure it out). Kat and team is worth every dime, You literally don't have to worry about anything.... they got it. We were going to use someone else and they were booked. We are thankful that they were after working with Evviva.
